Acceptance

By creating an account or using TextHerBack™ (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

TextHerBack™ is an AI Communication Coach and Conversation Analysis Tool. It provides educational insights, written communication coaching, and suggested response drafts based on text or screenshots you submit. It is not a dating service, matchmaking service, relationship-manipulation tool, or a substitute for professional, legal, psychological, or relationship advice.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit content involving minors in any sexual or romantic context.
• Do not use the Service to harass, stalk, deceive, coerce, or manipulate any person.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
• Only submit conversations you have a lawful right to analyze.
• Do not use the Service to generate content that violates applicable law.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity under it. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, cancellation & refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@textherback.app. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions.

Intellectual property

The Service, including the TextHerBack™ name, logo, software, models, prompts, designs, copy, and underlying systems, is owned by Hulofton Robinson II and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your content. You retain ownership of text, screenshots, and other material you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. We do not use your private conversations to train third-party foundation models.

AI output. Suggested replies, scores, and insights generated for you are yours to use. You are responsible for what you choose to send to other people.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, created risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Where practical, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings or by emailing privacy@textherback.app. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) will survive termination.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that any response, score, or insight will produce a particular outcome. See the full disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextHerBack™ and Hulofton Robinson II are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
