Refund Policy

This Service is operated by Hulofton Robinson II, a sole proprietor (the "Seller", "we", "us"), trading under the brand TextHerBack™ — an AI Communication Coach and Conversation Analysis Tool. Our online reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders and processes refunds on our behalf.

Our promise

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions to TextHerBack™. If the product isn't right for you, we'll refund your most recent payment within 30 days of the initial charge — no interrogation.

How to request a refund

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, refunds are issued through Paddle. You can request a refund in either of two ways:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. Locate the order and select Request a refund.
  2. Or email support@textherback.app from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund request" and we will forward it to Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Sign in to your TextHerBack™ account.
  2. Go to Settings → Billing.
  3. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.

You can also cancel by emailing support@textherback.app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

  • Renewal charges after the initial 30-day window are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds for purchases made through a third-party app store follow that store's refund policy.
